Why i get this error when i tried to publish a portfolio , the video itself is not 100mb is just around 50mb but why i get this error ? can someone help me?

Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of your current browser? You may also try clearing your browserโs cache and cookies.

I tried that as well as rebooting and no luck. Anyone else having this problem?

Right there with you, Jeffrey. I've tried multiple times and produced same dissatisfying result. Does UpWork support monitor these messages or do need to submit a ticket?

Hi Jeffrey - a person from UpWork named **Edited for Community Guidelines** has been working with me to figure out the source of the problem. No success yet but it does appear they are working on it.

I just received this message from the agent help me:
"It appears that your issue is more complex, and so this issue is transferred to our Technical Support Team for further assistance. I will be sending you a reply as soon as I receive an update. I have set the status of your ticket to "on-hold," but you do not need to provide additional information at this time."
I expect we facing the same problem so hopefully the progress made on my case will benefit you. Will keep you posted.

Yeah me too still facing the same issue neither when i use different browser or clear my cache or use incognito. Hopefully soon we make progress on this issue

Hi Jeffrey - UpWork fixed the problem that was preventing me from publishing my case study portfolio item (https://www.upwork.com/fl/~01afdc1bec369ccfb9?p=1665747645373251584.) They did not mentioned what the problem was but you might try publishing yours to see if it goes live as we might have shared the same issue.
