"Thank you for verifying your location" email & alert - 6 months after I got the Verified Badge?

I just got this notification & email from Upwork, thanking me for verifying my location - but I haven't verified anything in the last 6 months. I got my Verified Badge (after the identification process) in January 2022. So why am I getting this email now? I'm just curious - is this a mistake on Upwork's part?

I got a notification about that too yesterday, even though I haven't verified anything lately.
