Then I woud suggest you go to your Profile Settings and complete your address under Contact Details > Location...

Hi Sandeep,
Please go to your Settings page > Contact Info, and update your address, and all other necessary information on that page.

I have the same issue. Already updated my address under contact info. Tried updating invoice address also, but it says "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." Thanks.

I checked your account and can see that you are yet to fill in your City field in your Address. Please update your address by going to your Contact Info page (Settings > Contact Info), and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi Tamjidul,
I checked and it looks like you don't have any Connects in your account. Connects are used to submit proposals for jobs. Check out this help article for information about how to use and purchase Connects.

Hi Fath,
I checked your account and can see that your address is incomplete. Please go to your Contact Info page, and update your address making sure that all the fields are filled in. You may have missed adding your city, so please make sure that all fields are labeled.

Hi Sarah,
I checked and it seems that you are missing a city from your Location section. Please go to the Settings > Contact Info page and add your city.
Additionally, please note that Upwork’s Terms of Use require that you accurately represent yourself. This includes having a profile picture that looks like you. You can check out this help article for more information.

I checked your account and your address is working as designed. At the moment you have 0 connects, in order to be able to send proposals you will need to purchase more connects.
