"UpWork Hours:" Requirement; Manually Add Time?

Just a quick thought here...

I've seen the requirement for hours worked, and the lack of compensation for fixed jobs...

Could I just clock an hour of work manually, on my fixed-price jobs?
(and would that manually clocked hour qualify for the "UpWork Hours" requirement?)

Manual hours don't count toward your hours worked. Too much room for abuse.

Thank you Katrina B.
That restraint, and lack of solution thus far, makes a little more sense now.
Hard to know what hours would really be worked if that was possible...

Manual hours DO count towards the "hours worked" but only on hourly contracts, not on fixed rate contracts.

If you want hours, take a few hourly jobs but seriously it doesn't really matter, endless people do very well on 0 Upwork hours.
