"You should enable 2FA" message in my feed after verifying my number

I might be missing something obvious, but every time I open up my feed, the following warning pops up:

"Make your account more secure by taking a minute to enable two-step verification. Enabling two-step verification increases security for your account and the personal information you store with Upwork."

When I click on the link, it takes me to Account -> Passwords, where I can see that I:
1. have a secure password,
2. have a security question,
3. have a verified text number.

I don't see any particular option to turn 2FA on or off, so why am I still getting this message in my feed and what do I need to do in order to not be greeted by it every time I look at my feed?
