When I go to "Help and Support" I get a warning page saying "Your connection is not private".


I'm in Mac Chrome. Should I be concerned?

I'm experiencing the same thing. Yesterday, the website was very slow, and it said the server was overloaded and some stuff with cloud flare.

I think Upwork is experimenting some technical issues. I am waiting until this weekend to see if everything goes back to normal. At least, I can still work for my clients.

I get this Invalid Certificate message (in Swedish). It can't verify the website's identity.

I have the same issue here, and I request my payment , it is auto payment before, but it is pending this time,  I could not go to " help and support" to open a hel ticket here .

When I saw this topic, I tried it out just now. When I tried to open Help and Support (using Firefox), it suddenly and for the first time gave me a "Untrusted Site" warning. I had to add the exception.


Well, this is certainly different (not in a good way).
