"Your test has been paused due to a technical reason" Error

Hello,

I took an Analyticial Skills test. After entering an answer for the last question, I received an error notice that read:

 

Your test has been paused due to a technical reason. To resume your test please follow these steps:

 

1. Return to Upwork.com.
2. Log in to your Upwork account.
3. Restart the test. Your test should resume from the same place where you had left off. 

Please note that you must resume your test within 60 minutes from the time you originally started it.

 

When I follow these steps, it gives me a notice saying that my test has expired, even though it has not been 60 minutes since the last time I opened the test. My profile also does not indicte that I have taken a test. Can someone help?
