readness test is not showing at my profile

Hello I have passed Upwork readiness test twice there is no option for showing it on my profile its still shows me to take the test kindly help me regarding this issue i will be waiting for your response thank you

I doesn't show on any profile, no test results show on any profiles and haven't for a long time.
