Hi, I need help with receive a payment of my client, he has authorized the payment but is still not reflected on my balance, my question is: should terminate the lease to view my balance or just wait?
Sometimes you just have to wait a little bit to see the payment in your "Reports". You can always contact support, give them the contract ID and they can check if the payment was really made.
Check your Reports tab. It looks like some funds are currently pending. If you click on that number, you will be able to see the date when the funds will become available for you to withdraw.
