We recently terminated a contract with a freelancer employee who uses Upwork timer with his contract with us but does other jobs on the side and has little to no output to show what he worked on. I've read how to file a dispute but since we hired him after closing the job ad, so right now I can't follow the instructions on how to request a refund. Every time I click the 3 dots on his name, there's no option to request a refund, help please!
