There's no such thing (I think).

You have to used it within a year of being bought.

Connects expire one year from the date of issue. However, you can only rollover 140 Connects per billing cycle. Are you referring to Connects that were used for job posts where the client didn't hire you?

I am completely gonna step away from upwork and want to refund unused connect s. Therefore, not gonna be able to use the remaining unused connects. Please help. Would appreciate if you give refunds.

Hi Irishrose,

Connects expire one year from the date of issue. I checked the Connects in your account, and it looks like they were the monthly allocated Connects given every month.
