If you are worried about the recent 3.33 star average feedback?

I would just leave it.

Keep the money. Leave the feedback in place.

You have finished 127 jobs and you have a 99% JSS.

Refunding the money won't help your JSS.

It will REMOVE that feedback from your profile page.

But as a client, I can see that you're a great person to hire!

(Even with that one job that clearly had an unsatisfied client.)

I think every normal person knows that even the best of us don't please everybody all of the time. That unsatisfied feedback just makes your profile look honest and real to me. It doesn't make me think you're bad at what you do.
