refund

the client cancel the contract after receive the work and send refund request
i need reject this request and obtain for the money from the remaining

Thank you for your message. You may want to discuss with your client to understand the reason for requesting a refund. Based on your discussion, you have an option to either approve the refund request or file a dispute. Please note that you have 7 days to accept or reject the client’s request for an escrow refund.

but i do not have any option to reject the refund and the money still in Remaining
and receive email for refund

the refund request was approved without know

and i did not that 

i need cancel this action and reject this approved  

 

That means it wasn't really a refund. Either the client's card was discovered to be stolen, or they got a chargeback. It doesn't matter if it was in escrow or not. It's gone and you will never get it and there is nothing you can do about it. Sorry this happened to you.
