Hi everyone,I am a new user to odesk.I've got an hourly job and I mistakenly, logged the wrong time.So,my client got charged.The amount is in review.so I, myself initiated a refund for my client.It showed refunded.But now my account shows negative amount,but amount is also showing in review.Any problem?will I get paid for my ongoing work or the negative amount balances it.Please help me.

Hi Sanghamitra,

 

Since you didn't have any funds available when you issued the refund, it will only be processed after the funds become available on your account after the review and security periods end, which would be next Wednesday. The negative balance on your account will also be cleared then.

 

Note, however, that the standart 6-days security period applies to refunds as well, therefore the client will receive the funds around Tuesday, November 18th.
