I received an Email from upwork saying that my client is asking for a refund and I have a few days to accept or reject or the funds remaining from escrow would be refunded. how would I reject it?

Hi Danjay,
You can go to your Messages room with this client, or in your contract page to take action on the refund request. If there was a misunderstanding between you and your client, hopefully, it can be resolved amicably.
