removing agency member

I run a agency here containing 2 members. one with jss 100 and top rated badge and one with 87 jss. no the jss of agency is also 87.

1. If i remove the member with lower jss will the jss of agency become 100?

2. If i remove a member, can i recruit me again instantly? or there is a time limit?

Hi Manas Saha,

The agency job success score is calculated using the same formula for freelancers. But instead of contracts of just one freelancer, we look at all contracts of the agency's exclusive and non-exclusive agency contractors, ensuring that agencies and agency members have one consistent score.

The only way for freelancers to join an agency is to be invited by the agency administrator. Your relationship with them is managed privately outside of Upwork.
