removing manual hours and feedback

I have charged a client 2 hour manual time 
if i remove those 2 hours 
Would the client be able to give me feedback ?

Hi Iqra,

When a contract is closed both parties are able to provide feedback for each other. 
However, for a contract to be published/visible on your profile funds needs to be exchanged. Thank you.

No public feedback, but the private feedback will be calculated into your JSS and contracts that close with nothing paid are a negative factor on your metrics.

Your already very low JSS will fall further.
