My friend recently,by misoperation, closed his upwork account,but he did not really want to close it.

He just misunderstood his own actions. He would like it to be reopened please.

He do not know how to contact your directly,or say,by which social media.
Can he send an email to you for help?
As his freelancer account have closed,he could not log in to Upwork.
So he can't enter the Community to get support or send private message for help.
As Upwork do not allow a person to have more than one account,so he could not register another account to ask for help.
