I am resuming work after 7 years (was previously on odesk). How to see if nothing is wrong with my profile?

I submitted bids on 10 projects but did not get reply on even one. The cover letter in all these bids were very specific to the project. I have a feeling that something's wrong.

Also is there any way to contact upwork support representative, I could not find any

It doesn't matter how specific your cover letter is. Your profile picture is more important than your cover letter.
