I submitted proposals for two jobs which are removed from upwork,so i want my connects back can i get it?

If Upwork removes a job from the platform because it violates ToS, or if the client closed the job without hiring anybody, then Upwork AUTOMATICALLY returns all of the connects you used to apply to that job.

You don't need to do anything.
