Hello Nirali,

After contract completion, client can give you a feedback. When he/she gives a feedback and ends the contract. You get a notification for it. You can see it in your messages as well.

After you leave a feedback for your client. You can see the ratings and feedback your client gives you. I hope you will find it now. Just follow my steps.
