rising talent badge

My raising talent badge disappeared from my profile. I'm in progress of finishing 2 ongoing contracts, but its impossible to get any client if I dont have rising talent badge on my profile. Any way I can get it back sooner?  I meet all the criteria thats needed to get raising talent I just had issue because of using VPN for couple of days and once my account got back online my rising talent badge went away. Any help is highly appriciated.

Hi Arezo,

 

A freelancer might no longer be Rising Talent because:

  1. They have a Job Success Score (and hopefully have achieved Top Rated status!).
  2. They have received public and/or private feedback from clients that indicates poor outcomes.
  3. They haven’t submitted any proposals or worked on any projects in the past 90 days (freelancers who created their account less than 30 days ago are not included). Once you begin applying or working again, your Rising Talent badge will be reinstated within 24 hours.

 Goran, she explained that she had an account hold while an irregularity caused by use of the VPN was investigated (Upwork my have thought her account was hacked from abroad)

This will have caused the RT status to go, but if she were still eligible it would have to be put back manually, so Support will have to be contacted.

Yes that is correct and I have already asked our team to double check this and was waiting on their confirmation.
