I have finished two contracts with good reviews and working currently on third contract and still did not get rising talent label .  Why??

Keep in mind that freelancers are added to the program when they qualify for Rising Talent: 

• Deliver great results to your clients
• Complete your projects on time and as promised
• Maintain a 100% complete profile that accurately showcases your professional credentials
• Keep your availability status up-to-date
• Make sure that you close contracts on time.
