Hi, is there a way to create a RSS feed based on categories and pay range?

Yes! You can perform a search and filter as you need, then click the RSS link at the upper right of the search results. Please read more about this in the FAQ here.

yes but can you filter by the amount of money that could be made?

Those that will show in your RSS Feed are the saved searches. If you'd like to filter jobs based on budget, you can go here and select from the options provided.
