Yes, there is a solution. You can click on the "heart" sign on the right of the job posting. It will be stored in your saved jobs for as long the job ad remains open.

I usually save jobs for later just to see who the client hired (if anyone was hired at all).
lol some schmoe bumped this and got his post deleted.
And I save jobs for later when I'm not in the mood to put in a proposal and talk or I'm busy. Sometimes, I want to see if I'll get invited too so I wait a day.
