setting up payment

I am a Nigerian that lives in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). I want to set up my payment with my Turkish bank account, but I am not able to do that because the system keeps telling me incorrect format, I have tried my international passport number and my TRNC permit number, both didn't go through. please look into this urgently.
