If you have an open contract - yes. Otherwise, they can invite you to a zoom meeting via the upwork messanger.

I always get invited by the clients via upwork messenger and it is my first time that being invited on email. so it is okay. right?

Has the client already officially hired you? If yes, then you can share your email.
If you have not yet been hired you are not allowed to communicate with the client outside the platform.

Hi Abubakar,
Once you get an official notification from Upwork that you have been hired by the client, only then you can communicate with the client outside Upwork platform.
Before official hiring its against TOS of Upwork and risky for you as well, as many scamers try to trap new Freelances.
