something wrong with my friend profile

Hi Going somthing wrong with my friend profile he is working on upwork and his profile is already approvad he done some projects also he has good ratings but getting mails from upwork we cant accept your profile when he tried to contact upwork support 

Can anybody tell me what he should do in that case
