i have a question. if i have 82 connects. how many connects i can use per day? i mean can i submit more than 1 proposal in a single day? how many maximu connects i can use in a single day?

There is no such limit in number of bids you can place per day as long as you will have the connects required to place the bid.

But if you are placing too many bids without successful, Upwork will likely suspend you.
