please i need help. I completed the job for the client and on time then gave him time for edits then done them perefectly and got my money but day after he requested a refund and I tried to talk to him that everything was done by his approval, he told me to go to upwork and complain. he gave me a bad feedback which will affect me although I made my work on time and by his watch minute by minute. i need help asap

You can not do anything here. Yep, you can create ticket but you will get no solution. Client able to leave any feedback his want. Forgot it and move forward, you can done next jobs with great feedbacks.
