suspended account

hello everyone,i just created a new profile in up work cause i dont have anymore access to my previous one...but once i completed the registration its says ur account got suspended does anyone know how to sort this out ...have a nice day to everyone

You're only ever allowed to have one account, so that could be why your second one was suspended. You'll have to reach out to customer service to try to get your old account back.
