Will Upwork send a tax form if I make over $20,000 but didn't have 200 transactions?

It isn't. Non US-freelancers don't get any tax paperwork from Upwork

Upwork has nothing to do with your taxes. You need to extract all relevant information to file your local tax returns. I'm assuming you are talking about income tax.

Menna, you need to ask your local tax authorities. They can tell you how to file your taxes based on your income in your country. It has nothing to do with Upwork.

Taxes are country-specific. I don't know your country since your profile seems to be suspended.

Yes Martina I my account has been suspended for a mistake from my side I did not know that I shouldn't create 2 accounts my first account was suspended for some reason I don't know and I hadn't seen the button of closing account I asked customer service before to close it for me but they said I can't close my account and I'm not gonna be able to use the same email for creating another account so I created another one with another email address to start working but unfortunately I did not know that I should make sure to delete the first one before even I did not work there even once it's by mistake so they suspended my second account I really love upwork app and alway recommend it to all my friends but this problem make like a little confused cuz they have all my info they can check my activitys there even I don't open it at all my old account I mean and the most disappointing thing is that is happening during my first job I was just offered my help for a Clint and she was very nice and I kept my word with her I delivered her the project in time and the surprise is she asked invited me to another job I accepted her invitation and while this suddenly I fond the my account has been suspended after she replayed to my sec perposal again I had to tell her I'm so sorry for not being able to go on with this job cuz my account unfortunately suspended for some reason I felt like I'm very small I was working as a customer service representative before at Vodafone and Sutherland Global Services and I know very well that customer satisfaction is the most important thing to me even I'm a sensitive person I can't say a word and for some reason I don't do it.. This is my account suspension story 😔

Your first account was suspended which means you were not allowed to ever create another account. That means your second account should never have existed, so had to be suspended too, It is you, not your email that is suspended from Upwork.

Also, your profile photo must be a photo of yourself, not one of someone else taken from the internet. But as you are banned anyway, that is the least of your worries, as are taxes on whatever you have so far earned as that can't be much anyway.

Thank you for your answer I know that I should read all the terms and I'm already doing this for long time ago but in the same time you should take this in your consideration I'm not us citzn my first language is Arabic I'm trying my best to improve myself every day in many fields English language communications and graphic design social media marketing and many more and this mistakes happens always with the newcomers as we all know so it leads us to the second point my mistake is I didn't aware of all the policy but in the same moment there is a space for mistake I guess and I'm not using another photo of someone else it's my picture and you can check what ever you would like to chick I made the video call interview for providing my identity and my account has the badge of talents people also my ID verification is totally approved this wasn't my issue I think you got me wrong but it's okay I know you missing alot of things about me thank you by the way for your precious answer

You need to ask customer support to reactivate your first account and close the second one.
