technical support regarding email

A potential new client stated they were not getting my replies to emails here in the system when I submitted a proposal. over  a week ago. They emailed me to see if I was still interested and I replied yes. Please upscale this issue to tech support. They may have not received my proposal submission. I emailed them today, hoping they are getting the email.

Your client may need to check their notification settings and spam folder. Could you please submit a ticket request with details such as the name of the client or contract so the team could look into it?
