testimonial request was approved but not performed, help needed

I've talked to **Edited for Community Guidelines**regarding the removal of the testimonial request and UX improvements in the non-UpWork testimonial form. I was informed that the removal will take up to 5 days, and that time has elapsed days ago. My client still has an old ticket, and I was told there was going to be a new one. Nothing is happening, my issue has a 'resolved' flag, but the problem is still present. What has gone wrong?
