Once the work is sucsessfully finished in upwork platform how freelancer get testimonial!? Is it allowed to request to the client write !?

Both the client and the freelancer will have the opportunity to leave a review after the contract is closed. Freelancers are encouraged to ask the client to close the contract (politely, of course!) since the party who closes the contract is required to leave feedback. You can view yours and the client's feedback after 14 days or you both have left feedback.
