the client closed the contract and left a bad review

Hi. I haven't logged in to Upwork for a long time, but when I did, I saw that my rating was down and my contract with client "Evdokia Stoyanova" was closed, with the contract closed as unsatisfied, although the work was done well and she had no claims against me. How can I resolve this issue because I plan to go back to design but my profile is very spoilt by this review?

You can't do anything.  You will have to live with bad review.
