the payment didn't reach my bank account

I got an "payemnt succefull" email from upwork on  june 30th, and I knew it takes 4 working days to reach my account but it never did till now, I contacted the bank and they said nothing reached them and they need a swift confirmation from the paying side,
what can I do to get the swift confirmation? or what else could be the provlem?
