ticket 35616493 requires escalation. Support does not provide help, or even specify when problem may

How to escalate the problem which is not solved by support and dev team?
They even do not provide expected time to fix the bug.

Support ignores 100% of my questions.

If Support has a ticket started, the moderators will tell you to follow that through, even if it takes time.
