timezone for payout

what's the timezone used for payout date? since I'm not from the US, e.g. date 10 of this month is the eaarnings passing 'locked' period, is that 10 my account's timezone from my country, or US timezone?

The cut-off time for processing payments is 12:00 (noon) UTC. So if you request payment before 11:59 (am) UTC, the request will be processed on that day. If you miss the deadline the request only will be paid the next day.
