top rated badge was removed for no reason!

Hello,

I've had a top-rated badge for the last 10 months or so, my jss is %100, no reviews less than 5, and suddenly, I have got an email from Upwork saying that I have lost my top-rated badge and it doesn't even show up? why? even a live chat is not available and they don't answer my emails either!

Hi Nada Zaynab,

If at any moment, you stop meeting all the requirements for the Top-Rated badge, the badge will be removed. One of the requirements is having a 100% complete profile which you no longer meet as it's 95% at the moment. I suggest checking this help article to help you create a 100% complete freelancer profile. Once you meet all the requirements, you can expect the badge to start showing on your profile within 48 hours.
