top rated week counting issues.

Hi, there. 

I notice that in my status when I check required Top Rated eligible weeks. Theire counting is some time imcrecase and some some time dectrease.. why this happaning I don't know but let me know that how Up-work count these weeks..?

Check the attacehd snapsote.. in that you can see Top Rated eligible weeks 10 of 16... so some time it's sowen like 8 pf 16 , 6 of 16.... etc ..

And some time it shows like 10 of 16, 11 of 16... just like this.. so let me know that how Up-work is counting these week.

It is because the number of non eligible weeks in your 16 week rolling window changes.

But how can I check that number of non eligible weeks in your 16 week...?

Please explain me.. I can not understand that how much time that will take because up-work will not exact 16 weeks (4 month) it may be greter than that..

The number of your non-eligible weeks is 16 minus the number of eligibe weeks.
