Hello
my "Job Success score" was 100%
I can not understand why it has become 99%

Depends on how many jobs you completed in the last weeks before your JSS made the update, so then you could make a guess. You should have to look frequently to your stats page to understand better when something could change in your JSS, like ''Clients who would recommend you'' since that probably droped from your last JSS update and that's that private feedback even if you have 5stars review.

Most likely someone left you less than perfect private feedback.

You don't unless you only had one ended contract since your JSS was 100%
Personally I have always known when a contract didn't go quite as well as it could have done. If you are genuinly tuned into the way you communicate with your clients you tend to get a feeling if they are truly happy or not.
In your case it won't have been "bad" private feedback as your JSS only dropped by a single percent. If it had been really poor it would have dropped more.
It makes no difference whether your JSS is 100% or 99% though, both is excellent and in a way 99% may look more genuine.
Mine dropped as low as 97% once and it made no difference at all.
