I have a troubleshooting tracking time for a new project on the Upwork desktop app. the only viewed on the app is a screenshot in the work diary of a closed previous project I can't change or even control it (on-off). I tried reinstalling but no solution. So, how can I solve this?

I tried clearing cookies as described in the guide but no solution. I reported the problem as described.
