unable to add Billing method

I had tried to make payment for upgrade freelancer Plus but each time "we are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method of contact your issuing bank" as I had already made payment with the same visa card, now I had removed this billing method and tried to add again but my maximum tries are finished.
