unable to find feedback option

• Is the contract closed? (You can only leave feedback on closed contracts)
• Has the contract been closed for over 2 weeks (you can only leave feedback for 14 days after it closed)
• Has money been paid under the contract in question (no public feedback for contracts with 0 paid?)

Otherwise you find the link under My Jobs > All Contracts.

Then click on the contract, and choose Terms & Settings.
