unable to send proposal

i have a show an error to send a proposal to client.
i tried to resolve this problem but no any error resolve.

problem show like-(Sorry, we were unable to save your application.
We were unable to process your proposal due to missing address information. Add your full address)

Hi Future,

You will need to add your city as well in the City field. To do this go to Settings > Contact Info > Location.
I would also recommend clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to try and submit a proposal. Thank you.
