unable to withdraw

My client just ended the contract without paying any amount and this amount is paid to me by upwork through dispute. The balance is in available portion and there get paid now button but they say you cannot withdraw it through local bank account in Pakistan. Shall i be able to withdraw it through Payoneer ?

 Your bank is probably just not supported, not all banks in Pakistan are.

If you have your own (!!) Payoneer account you can add that to your Upwork account, yes.

Unfortunately no. You can use only a bank account that is issued on your own legal name. Thank you!
