I am quite annoyed that despite being a paid member of UpWork, I get a robo-reply when I contact UpWork via a ticket.
I sent a request this morning regarding my JSS (see my other post from today) and I got a robo-reply about how the JSS is calcualted that did NOTHING to address my complaint. To make matters worse, the issue was marked as resolved.
This shows a blatant lack of concern for freelancers on the UpWork network. A disregard of our concerns.
This is made even more appalling by the fact that I am a paid member. As a paid member, I should get better support than that!
