upgrade my plan to freelancer plus

I am going to upgrade my plan to freelancer plus. but while doing this i need to add payment method which saves my card information and after saving it cloud not process it for fee.As i had contacted with card issuing bank authority they told me , this is due to saving card is not allowed.Please help

Hi Asim,

Some card-issuing banks will restrict the use of debit cards on Upwork due to the transaction type: ‘Recurring Transactions’. You can add an alternative billing method in your account payment options.

Hi,  I want to upgrade my membership billing from Basic  to Plus . I am trying to upgrade but its giving payment error "Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later." Please guide me

Please check at your side and let me know , i am using payoneer master card.

I would recommend to check with your bank if your account is enabled for international charges or adding another billing method to upgrade your plan. Thank you.
