Hi, I upgraded my acct two days ago to unlock my profile and put it on public mode.  It is still locked and private

I have already done that two days ago. I added a credit card (have just added a second) and now i have gone by to see my account is suspended.

I am not sure if this could be because someone asked the question if Deejay is my legal name. I already verified my acct and proved it is my real and legal name when first joining Upwork
